Performance Progress Plus, an exciting new system that creates training schedules, monitors training time, and fitness changes. It calculates your VO2 max, lactate threshold, and race projections from Sprint distance to Ironman. Specific training recommendations, keep you training at optimal levels and paces. Included in the Performance Progress Plus package is Time Saving Training. You can build your own training schedules, from the supplied workouts, or have Performance Progress Plus do it for you. The workouts and their sequence have been used for the past four years in individual training programs designed by exercise physiologist, Rick Niles. It is a research based and time conscious training system for people with other commitments.

Consistent with keeping performance to a maximum on limited training time, Performance Progress Plus is also designed to minimize your computer input time. The whole reason for a computer program is that it does the work, not you. You only need to use the program on a weekly basis to build schedules, and only every two or three weeks to enter training data. The operation is extremely simple, and should involve only a few minutes each week. Your total weekly workout schedule can be done with a single mouse click!
